Therapy should be a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment, where you feel accepted and understood for who you are. It is a place where you can explore the person you are currently and who you want to be. Life can be challenging and having a safe and trusting relationship with someone who can help you navigate the hardships life throws at you is the first step in building the most important relationship one has, with themself.

A few years back I decided I was no longer going to be a spectator and watch my friends run half and full marathons. I signed up for my first half in 2019 and have been running ever since. To date I've run 5 half marathons and continue to check more off my bucket-list. I find the right music and a good pair of sneakers is the ultimate piece of self-care.
There's something about a good sunset that takes my breath away. If someone were to look through my camera roll they'd see how much I really enjoy them. It doesn't matter where I am, I will always stop to get the perfect views. To me, every new sunset feels unique and reminds me to embrace the present and let everything else go.
I can never say no to a slice of pizza if it is offered to me. It fills all cravings and is something I don't think I could live without. There's no specific type- ill yes to it all!
