Hey there, I’m Jenna!

Therapy should be a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space—one where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. It’s a place to explore both who you are now and who you aspire to become. Life can be challenging, and having a safe, supportive relationship with someone to help you navigate those challenges is often the first step toward building the most important relationship of all—the one you have with yourself.

Running Enthusiast

A few years ago, I made the decision to stop sitting on the sidelines and joined my friends in their passion for running. I signed up for my first half marathon in 2019—and I've been running ever since. So far, I’ve completed six half marathons and continue to add more to my list. For me, lacing up a good pair of sneakers and putting on the right playlist has become one of my favorite forms of self-care.

Sunset Watcher

There’s something about a beautiful sunset that never fails to stop me in my tracks. If you scrolled through my camera roll, you’d quickly see just how much I cherish them. No matter where I am, I’ll pause to take in the view. Each sunset feels like a gentle reminder to be fully present—and to let go of everything else, even if just for a moment.

Will never say no to Pizza

I can never turn down a slice of pizza—it’s my ultimate comfort food. It’s one of those simple pleasures I don’t think I could ever live without.
