The providers at EveryBody Psychotherapy NYC are a passionate crew. We talk on the reg, collaborate with each other on how to best support our clients, and hold each other accountable to practice what we preach.
Collaboration is key in our work together and having a space that feels safe so you can be vulnerable and do the hard work is a priority. Much of our work together will combine talk therapy with embodiment to explore the connection between the body - through a Health at Every Size ® approach - and the mind.

Lifelong Learner
I am always looking for new ways to learn about myself, the world around me, and new ways of doing things. This has led me to spending many weekends getting certified in various areas, such as yoga, birth, and postpartum support.
New Yorker
I have a love-hate relationship with New York City. I thrive from the fast-paced environment and all the different food options (I LOVE trying new foods), but also crave a more quiet space where I can be in solitude.
Structure Enthusiast
Like many of my clients, I am constantly striving to find the space between rigidity and allowing some spontaneity in my life. When I tell my clients that I get it, I truly get it.

Empathy, understanding, and creating a space where you can openly explore your feelings, experiences, and struggles, free from shame or stigma are at the core of my therapeutic practice. I incorporate a Health at Every Size approach as well as an identity affirming lens. Together, let's develop a healthy relationship with your body and emotions to navigate towards not simply surviving but thriving as your most confident self!

Free-Spirited Explorer
I love discovering spontaneous adventures, traveling, and new hobbies. Some of my favorite memories are camping with friends, spending time at the beach with the sun shining on me, and simply being surrounded by nature. Similar to many clients, I had to find the balance between control, flexibility, and fear of failure. I now embrace a wide range of hobbies such as ceramics, painting, calligraphy, snowboarding, and stargazing.
Pup Parent
It is such an amazing feeling to spend time with my puppies after a long day! I have two westies, Winston and Wallace, who are very much spoiled. They are kind hearted, gentle, and love to take in their surroundings. They have taught me a new level of patience but also how to take time to find beauty in unexpected places and live in the moment.
Authentic Human
I try to embrace my individuality and let my true self shine through, quirks and all. I find it healing for myself to see the humor in things. I love comedies and making others laugh.

Everybody can benefit from therapy, especially given today’s fast-paced and sometimes challenging climate. Choosing therapy is taking an important step to better your daily life and overall sense of wellbeing. Therapy should be a warm, non-judgmental– and sometimes even humorous– environment, where the client and therapist work together to understand your emotions and build resilience, empowerment, and a greater sense of strength and agency. Therapy is your time, and the clients’ goals should be an important factor along the therapeutic journey.
I primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are looking for support around anxiety, depression, navigating life changes, and trauma (past and current). I also enjoy working with perinatal and postpartum clients.

High Energy Connector
I love connecting with others and am always game for a good conversation. As a people-person I think that all humans crave connection, and we have more in common than we don’t! Above all things, I think a great way to connect is humor, and I try to never lose my sense of it even when facing life’s challenges.
Lover of Endorphins
I ran the New York City Marathon and developed a love for long-distance running, however I have faced some injuries since then. While not being able to do what I love has been very difficult, the experience has provided me with a greater understanding of those who suffer with chronic pain and an appreciation for all our bodies allow us to do. I love endorphins, and am always looking for new ways to move my body, such as yoga, exercising on my Peloton “dupe” (aka a spin bike from Craigslist), and taking long walks or hikes outdoors.
Beverage Affectionado
I am a beverage enthusiast and a recovering soda addict, so I am always on the look-out for a fun new drink . I am currently obsessed with Poppi’s, and always open to recommendations. Coffee is a necessity in the morning, and I love hearing what your caffeine beverage of choice is – personally, I run on cold brew and almond milk creamer (indulgently flavored, of course).

Everyone deserves to make more meaning, garner greater skillfulness, and find more ease in their lives. Therapy is the practice of wholehearted witnessing and the art of shepherding in insight. It is the mitigation of losses of learning and growing, and the making of meaning through warm connection and deep listening.
I specialize in supporting the LGBTQIAA and (dis)Ability communities, as well as folks with mood disorders and neurodivergence of all kinds.

Therapy should be a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment, where you feel accepted and understood for who you are. It is a place where you can explore the person you are currently and who you want to be. Life can be challenging and having a safe and trusting relationship with someone who can help you navigate the hardships life throws at you is the first step in building the most important relationship one has, with themself.
I primarily work with clients ages ten and up who are looking for support around anxiety, relationships, and reproductive health.

Planner of the Group
Sometimes I wish that I didn’t have to plan things, specifically when it comes to my social life with my partner, but even when I try and let someone else take the lead, I find myself giving input and wanting to have a say. I have had 2 surprise parties thrown for me in my life, which isn’t something most can say. At the end of the day, I’ve come to realize I do like when people do things for me and I can let go of control once in a while.
Sunset-Watcher
I live for a sunset to the point where anyone who knows me will send me one they are experiencing because they know how much I love them. The amount of sunset photos in my camera role is embarrassing. It doesn’t matter where I am, if there is a visible sunset I am running for the best views.
Jenna in the Day-to-Day
I rarely take selfies, will never say no to pizza, and refuse to go on TikTok. I live for a good hair day and if I like my outfit, it will most likely affect my overall mood. I can’t live without the Target app. I love sparkly lipgloss and nail polish and won’t leave the house without mascara.
