Therapy is an evolving, collaborative experience tailored to every individual’s unique needs and values. We all face obstacles that can place self-care on the backburner, so it’s important to check in with ourselves to ensure that we have enough support. Emotional well-being is as crucial as physical health, with the two inextricably entwined.

While I don’t currently have a dog, I am a lifelong fan of them, especially shiba inus! My apartment is overrun by shiba-specific decor. I hope to be a proud owner someday, and maybe even a dog show handler!
I have always loved listening to and discovering music and attending concerts. I grew up in a musical household and enjoy compiling playlists for myself and others. My tastes are eclectic and somewhat offbeat. I hope to write and record my own songs at some point, hopefully before long!
I consider myself a humorist at heart, always striving to find a comical aspect in things. As with music, I find laughter to be healing and a great release. I’m not always the loudest in a room, but I delight in making others laugh (or trying).
